Located across the continent of North America, The Aaron Group has 40 seasoned sales executives whose knowledge and experience in everything from packaging to publication paper grades assists our customers on a daily basis. The main goal of our sales team is to represent the global mission of The Aaron Group–to serve our clients to the best of our ability in every interaction.

The Aaron Group prides itself on Customer Service as in the end of the day; we are nothing without our clients. We are proud to share that we have many members of our Customer Service team have celebrated almost 20 years with our organization.

Each of our clients have a Customer Service Director and Customer Service Team that are dedicated to oversee their day-to-day account activities along with manage long-term initiates. We continue to customize various programs since each client appreciates different structures with regard to their paper procurement process. We pride ourselves on our ability to work around our clients needs and as a company are always adapting and learning new innovative ways to improve our company and better serve our clients.
